Turistic Navigator is one of first reservation systems in Poland enabling real on-line reservation of sleeping places. It was developed jointly by "NT Computer Systems" - assuring informatic infrastructure and support and by Travel Agency "Planeta" - which has direct contact with our clients and manages financial aspects of reservations. With help of Turistic Navigator you can: Search sleeping places by grades assigned to our objects by clients. All sleeping objects are evaluated by clients who made reservations in selected place. This is a unique feature, you will not find elsewere. Check on-line free places in our sleeping objects. This is also unique in Poland - you can check if choosen room in selected period is available. This is fully automated process. Make reservation without paying for phone or fax. Whole reservation process can be (but not has to) made by internet. Pay the same price as reserving directly in sleeping object. How does it works? Search for sleeping object you are interested in. Check free places. After preliminary reservation within few minutes, e-mail with confirmation of your preliminary reservation will be send to you. At this stage you will get data of you new account in our system. Using this data you will be able to check reservation stage and evaluate object. Preliminary reservation is only information for us about your interest and it can not be legal basis for any claim. Within 3 days you pay initial payment to bank account number sent in e-mail. When we confirm your pay in, your reservation gets status "potwierdzona" [confirmed]. Voucher with all data will be sent to you and to sleeping object (by e-mail, SMS, fax or by mail). It will contain initial payment datails and data for direct contact with sleeping object (e-mail, phone) in case of further questions. Within 48 hours after voucher delivery you can surrender from reservation and get back full initial payment. After pleasant :) stay you get from us e-mail with request to evaluate sleeping object.
